Why is it important to use a specialist; Can’t I just use my usual solicitor?
Ask yourself: would you let your GP perform heart surgery on you? The answer is highly likely to be a resounding “no”. Yet may operators and motorists have no qualms about using a general practice solicitor to assist them with their operator or driving licence problems. Some even choose to use an unqualified consultant to assist them simply because it’s cheaper. However, when it’s your business or livelihood at risk, it’s vital you get the best possible advice or the results can be catastrophic. Fortunately with Pragma Law, you can get affordable advice without compromising on quality. For more information on how we achieve this, please take a look at our Fees pages or get in touch.
